OLÉ FC PARENT EDUCATION
Please let our coaches coach and your children play! Most Importantly, HAVE FUN!

Winning VS Development
- All players, parents, coaches want to win. However, Soccer Ole’ focus on player development through proper training by providinginstructional soccer lessons and reinforcing a positive environment for our players to play in is more important than the win/loss record.
- All players receive an assessment at the end of each season to evaluate their developmental progress and achievements through that process.
- All players will be encouraged to compete at the most appropriate competitive level possible, and will be challenged to play the game of soccer the proper way regardless of the win/loss outcome.
- Soccer Ole’ believes in proper technical, tactical, physical and psychological skills encouraged through a developmental ‘process’ oriented philosophy, players will gain the necessary tools to maximize their potential and ultimately reach their goals through life.
