Sunday shooting Program provides youth soccer players with essential opportunities to refine their shooting skills in a structured and supportive environment, contributing significantly to their overall development as athletes.

Camp Description

The Sunday Shooting Program focuses on improving players' shooting skills through structured drills and exercises. It typically takes a few sessions per season, specifically on Sundays, to complement regular training sessions. The program includes various activities such as shooting drills from different angles, penalty kicks, and simulated game scenarios where players practice shooting under pressure. It is a great opportunity for goal players to get additional training as well as strikers to improve their technique and performance.


2025 Fall Dates: 9/14, 10/19, 10/26 and 11/9

2026 Spring Dates: 3/1, 3/29, 4/26, 5/10

U8-U11: 1:30-2:30 pm (2019- 2015)

U12 and Older: 2:30-3:30 pm (2014-2008)

2025 Fall Dates: 8/10, 8/17, 8/24, 9/7, 9/14, 9/21, 10/19, 10/26, 11/2, 11/9.

2026 Spring Dates: 2/22, 3/1, 3/22, 3/29, 4/12, 4/19, 4/26, 5/3, 5/10.


Location: St. Michael's Catholic Church


Time:

U8-U11: 1:30-2:30 pm (2019- 2015)

U12 and Older: 2:30-3:30 pm (2014-2008)

8 spots available per training session for each hour.


2025 Fall: Goalie training will start on Sunday 8/10.

2026 Spring: Goalie training will start on 2/22.

Camp Information

Please bring water, goalie gloves and soccer ball.



Only players interested in learning goalie skills are encouraged to attend.

There will be specialized sessions covering angle play, technique, distribution, goal kicks, punts and footwork.
